John Fargher & Associates Pty Limited provides specialist performance management and technical services for investments in human and economic development. Established in 2011 its Directors and Principal Consultant collectively have more  than 80 years professional experience in cross-cultural change and international development: 
John Fargher is a performance management specialist with senior management, monitoring, evaluation and agricultural science expertise.
Dr Nicole Motteux is a social scientist with management, monitoring, evaluation and participatory human development expertise.
Keith Tuckwell is a social change management specialist who has designed, implemented and managed social and economic development programs in Africa, Latin America, the Pacific and SE Asia.
